We have had hundreds of homes over the year that rented 10-15 times a year, then we took photo's of the same home with our wide angle lens photography, and our experience of getting the right angle and location, and the same homes rented 40-50 weeks per year. This also helps our owners get the best rate for their rental as well.
When it comes to selling your home, our special touch helps you get the most showings, and allows you to get the best price possible for your home. When we sold our last home, we were only getting 1 showing per week with the local real estate photo's that were taken. When we took our own photo's, we were getting 2 showings per day, and went from 2 months of of not being able to sell our home, to being able to sell it the first week, and with several people wanting to buy, we were able to raise the rate.
